NJDEP GeoWeb Training: Mapping Conservation Projects

August 3, 2016 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

This workshop will be a hands-on training to learn how to use NJDEP’s GeoWeb mapping system for land conservation, acquisition and stewardship.

Seema Gopinathan, NJDEP trainer, will describe the various data layers available through the system and walk attendees through exercises they may face in their conservation work. Each person will gain hands-on experience by working on a computer to practice and learn how to use the system. Attendees from the same organization may be asked to double up and share one computer.

The trainer will be available to work with you after the training session if you would like to practice with supervision. Bring your lunch, or purchase lunch in the NJDEP cafeteria.LTN logo
